Everything on this website is general information about mortgage options. None of it is an offer to lend, a loan approval, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of any rate, term or cost.

• All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting, property eligibility and programme guidelines.
• Not every applicant or property will qualify, and programmes, terms and availability can change without notice.
• Programme descriptions are simplified. The full terms are in the documents you receive when you apply.

The reverse mortgage estimate, the refinance check and the readiness check use the figures you enter and simplified assumptions. Their results are estimates for information only, not quotes. Your actual figures depend on current rates, your full application, the appraisal, underwriting and, for a reverse mortgage, independent HUD-approved counselling.

After you apply, you'll receive a Loan Estimate, the official federal disclosure of your loan's terms and costs. Rely on that, not on this website, when you compare loans.

Georg is licensed as a mortgage loan originator in Hawaiʻi, Nevada and California only. Kamaʻaina Mortgage Group, Inc. is licensed in California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaiʻi, Nevada, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Business and investment-property (DSCR) loans described on this site are for business or investment purposes only. They aren't owner-occupied consumer mortgages.

When you send a form or book a call, you're asking Georg to contact you about that enquiry by phone, text or email, using the details you gave. We won't add you to a marketing list or send automated marketing texts or calls based on a website form. We explain mortgage options, but we don't give legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. For questions such as the tax effect of a reverse mortgage or a cash-out refinance, please talk to a qualified professional.

The site links to, or embeds, services run by others. These include Kamaʻaina Mortgage Group's online application, Calendly for booking calls, NMLS Consumer Access and government regulators. We don't control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
