Common questions

Still stuck? Call Georg at (808) 357-9791

Does Georg Thoma sell my personal information?

No. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising. It's used to answer your question about a mortgage and to meet the legal rules that apply to licensed loan officers.

Does the reverse mortgage calculator save what I type?

No. The calculator, the refinance check and the readiness check all run in your browser. Nothing you enter leaves your device unless you choose to fill in and send the follow-up form.

Does using this website check my credit?

No. Nothing on this website pulls your credit. A credit check only happens later, with your permission, if you decide to apply for a loan.

How do I ask you to delete my information?

Email gthoma@kmgmortgage.com with "Privacy request" in the subject, or call (808) 357-9791. We'll confirm it's you, then delete what we're not legally required to keep and tell you what, if anything, we had to retain.

Is it safe to send documents by email?

Email isn't the safest way to send pay stubs, bank statements or ID. Please don't put them in a website form. Ask Georg for a secure way to share documents when you get to that stage.
